At Lunex Hearing, we stand behind the quality of every product we sell. That is why every pair of Lunex Pro Hearing Aids comes with a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. We believe you should be able to hear better for life — and we back that belief with a guarantee that goes with you.
What Is Covered
- Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
- Internal component failure under normal use
- Charging case defects affecting device functionality
- Sound processing or amplification failures not caused by physical damage
- Speaker or microphone failures under normal operating conditions
What Is Not Covered
- Physical damage caused by drops, impact, or mishandling
- Water or moisture damage beyond the device's rated IP protection
- Damage caused by unauthorized repairs or modifications
- Normal wear and tear, including ear tips, domes, and wax guards
- Loss or theft of the device
- Damage resulting from use outside of the provided instructions
How to Make a Warranty Claim
- Contact our support team at support@lunexhearing.com with your order number and a description of the issue.
- Our team will assess your claim and may request photos or a brief video of the defect.
- If approved, we will ship a replacement unit to you at no charge. You will not be required to return the defective unit in most cases.
- Replacement units are covered under the same lifetime warranty from the original purchase date.
Transferability
The Lunex Hearing lifetime warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. Proof of purchase may be required when submitting a warranty claim.
Limitation of Liability
This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights which vary by state or country. Lunex Hearing's liability under this warranty is limited to repair or replacement of the defective product and does not extend to any incidental or consequential damages.
